I am Madi Allensworth, your girl behind the scenes!

I am a full-time wife, mama, and (part-time) doctor of physical therapy.

I started All Who Gather from a burning passion for all the things- organizing, details and preparing- that comes with hosting, showers, parties, weddings, and planning anything in general.

While I enjoy expanding out into other events, weddings are dear to my heart.
The endless hours of night and day planning.
The “oh no!” moments that I get to solve.
The little (big) details.
The “how we met” stories.
The rush and sometimes, chaos.
But also- the quiet, intimate moments.
The emotions of the daddy/daughter dances. And the heart flutters during the big reveal.
The coordination between every vendor to make for a smooth day that feels somewhat like a puzzle…
And I get to be that puzzle piece that pulls all of the moving parts together while you sit back, sip champagne, and love on the 80 years standing beside you.

I want to be YOUR go-to wedding coordinator and behind-the-scenes best friend on the biggest day that you have been waiting for. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for celebration, I bring organization, problem-solving, and energy to every step of the process. From giving a bridesmaid my shoes, to dressing grandma, I’ve done it all!

AWG Story

What started as a laugh over a phone call with my little sister, became something more extraordinary than I could have planned myself. Her sweet friend was engaged and in need of a coordinator. Knowing my need for organization, schedules, eye for design, and friendly yet down to business attitude, she volunteered me to coordinate. I hopped right on it.

I did my research, timelines, meetings.

I have come a long way from there. With dozens of events under my belt now, I have weaved my way in the wedding industry of Georgia, building relationships along the way and learning every step.

So where did AWG’s name come from?

Choosing a name for this “idea” was more than finding something beautiful. I wanted a name that carried meaning- one that reflected my name, Allensworth, and my faith.

Matthew 18:20 tells us
“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I with them.”

And so, All Who Gather was born.

To me, weddings are far more than just a beautiful event or single ceremony.

It is a sacred joining of two hearts, uniting as one, surrounded by the people who have shaped, supported, and loved you along the way, and most importantly, in front of God.

Also, marriage is more than a social contract.

It is covenant- a lifelong commitment that reflects God’s faithfulness, love, and design for marriage.

This is what I hope to honor through All Who Gather: God, the beauty of marriage, significance of the moment, and the people who gather to celebrate it.
