My husband and I were married this past weekend and Madison, from All Who Gather, was our wedding coordinator. I just have to start by saying that she was truly the absolute kindest and helpful person we have met! She took on our wedding on such short notice due to some unexpected circumstances and she hit the ground running! All the weight was lifted off our shoulders the second she started coordinating the wedding. Come wedding day, she was there every step of the way, whether it be small things like putting on boutonnières or big things like starting to bartend for us because we were ahead of schedule and didn’t have the bartender there yet! She was the biggest blessing for our wedding day. We had at least 10 people come up to us just to tell us our wedding coordinator was amazing. If you are looking for something that is going to take on your event head first and make sure you have the day you dreamed of. All Who Gather is the absolute best choice! We got married on November 8, 2025, and hiring Madi with All Who Gather was one of the best decisions we made. She has been incredible to work with over the past year, always there when I needed her, keeping me sane through every hiccup with the venue, vendors and everything else in between.
On the day of our wedding, she was an absolute rockstar. If anything went wrong, I never knew it. She kept us perfectly on schedule, handled every detail, and every time I saw her she was literally on the move making things happen. My family couldn’t stop bragging about her either, they noticed how outstanding she was just as much as we did!
